In this episode, host Kary Antholis and co-host Brittany Bookbinder discuss the stark contrast between the prosecution's appeal to the jury with a rapid-fire display of facts in evidence and the defense's approach of courting sympathy for an elderly client and portrayal of the court’s rulings in the trial as highly prejudicial.
