When last we left our heros. A party was had by the town to celebrate the victories of our adventurers. The slain dragon was properly BBQ’d while cocktails and ale were had by all. The town slept happly. Though the moment of peace would be short lived as night gave way to the song of the morning birds, Phanadlin was ambushed. Grit Toughnstuff woke manacled to his bed and brutally stabbed by a mysterious shapechanging drow woman and left to die in his mansion while it burned. Phandalin itself was set ablaze, but with quick reaction and bravery the Loot and Dagger mercenary company overcame these odds. We find our heroes now in striking distance of the Black Spider, infront of the Lost Mines of Phandelver. 

Season 1 is run using the D&D 5e Ruleset created by Wizards of the Coast and uses the Lost Mines of Phandelver module as framework to help tell the story.
