I've heard about Canadian prison laws and it's disturbing. But what's worse is their "moral code" regarding the mentally ill. The fact that Vincent Li, who beheaded a man on a greyhound bus, was later found not criminally responsible or a threat to the public, because he received a short mental evaluation and was prescribed meds!! I'm appalled, it's frightening and completely irresponsible of the people hired to protect the public
