• Tyler doesn’t believe in regret, but he does think about whether he made the jump from Big4 to commerce too early. Becoming a partner at a Big4 firm could have been amazing. As someone who was not interested in that path at all, it was interesting hearing that perspective from Tyler.


• I enjoyed hearing about Tyler’s schedule and how he prioritises mornings, but he’s also fine working hours to accommodate his international clients. 


• I also enjoyed the story of his boss who wouldn’t allow him to go part-time
