Alex Elle is an author & wellness consultant, and mother of three. Writing came into her life by way of therapy and the exploration of healing through journaling. Alex assists others in finding their voices through storytelling, poetry, and narrative writing rooted in truth without shame. Her mission is to build community & self-care practices through literature & language. She is the author of multiple books and journals, most recently After the Rain, Today I Affirm: A Journal That Nurtures Self-Care. She also hosts the hey, girl. podcast.
In this first part of our conversation, Alex shares about what it was like to experience single motherhood as a young woman and then to experience a 2 year infertility and IVF journey before going on to conceive her two younger daughters.
