Jarvis Mitchell @BedrocksBest10 on twitter is a former professional basketball player from Flint, Michigan. He has traveled the world and has enormous amount of living experience. He is the head coach of girls varsity basketball program at Wayne Memorial and 1nation AAU team. Jarvis also works with disadvantaged youth at Covenant House Academies. Jarvis is great leader who mixes discipline with compassion working with the youth. The episode is a must listen and thank you to Jarvis Mitchell for the great conversation.
