Omg it makes me so frustrated that when you guys interview people you don't correct them and say... Well I mean the judge tells you that the suspect doesn't have to testify and that shouldn't be held against them. Also, I'd say also he's been offered multiple deals that he turned down, that of he confessed like you think he did... Why risk 2 life sentences if you were offered less time? It makes me so angry that these people get to sleep at night thinking they acted correctly. I would have to make sure they know... Well he didn't actually confess, the cops assumed his answers were that.
