I had the honor of being a guest on Your Two Best Friends Podcast to share about how the Lord set me free from asceticism. I deeply believed the lie: "If it feels easy, it can't be what God is calling me to do."
I used to ignore what I actually wanted in life because I did not think it was from God. Now, I know that if God placed it in me, I can walk with Him in the direction of going after what I desire.
The mental battle was always, "What if I pursue this more than I pursue God?"
