What a joke! "Our internal review finds that no one intentionally did anything wrong. Oops... turns out an over zealous person 'accidentally' over stepped and deleted hundreds and hundreds of files from a secure police database. Silly silly us! Oh and if any other files or documents did actually get destroyed/deleted/shredded it was a complete accident. No cover up to see here." Gotta love an unbiased internal review!!
