Tomorrow never comes, or so the saying goes. Sometimes, when we're in the midst of our daily lives, focusing on our future progress, we forget to stop and appreciate the present moment. Because of that, we tend not to make the best use of our time and opportunities.

So should we learn how to to live life right here and now?
