Holly's family dynamic is bewildering - she is being given a place to stay at one cousin's place, threatens someone...and is being thrown out. Then the next family member offers her a place to stay...the same thing happens...and relative no 3 agrees to let her move in, just like that? Sweeping everything, every action of hers, under the carpet - without, say, getting them all together and at the very least TALK about it? After listening to just a few of Holly's rants, it is so painfully obvious that she has a mental illness that, at its core, developed hand in hand with a disturbed self image. But what was known about her early life doesn't appear to be so traumatic; I wonder if there was more to it than "only" the lack of parents.
