SAG_Podcast_022: Baking From Scratch With Emily Palmer | Le Petite Cafe and Bakery | As Fresh As Possible | Quality Ingredients | Homemade | Operating As A Family | French Inspired Bistro Style Cafe | Bringing Freshness To Las Vegas
Description
“Vegas Didn’t Have A Lot Of Made-From-Scratch Options And I Needed That”

Her original intention to was to buy the equipment from the previous owner and then sell it for a profit.
After she thought about it she realized that she could create something amazing with her new purchase. So instead of selling the equipment she decided to open up her own bakery and give the community what they needed.
With Las Vegas lacking the fresh homemade, made-from-scratch recipes she grew up on, Emily Palmer decided it was the perfect time to open her French style bistro café.
She is the owner of Le Petit Café and Bakery and takes pride in the freshness of their daily, made-from-scratch offerings.
Her passion continues to grow as does her clientele. They just celebrated their first year in business and are quickly becoming a part of the community. And by treating their team members and guests as family, it is not hard to figure out why.
