San Francisco Mayor London Breed is ordering parking control officers to stop ticketing illegally parked cars that had been stolen and then abandoned on city streets. This comes after a story was published in the San Francisco Chronicle this morning that showed that the city was issuing the citations and not even notifying people that their vehicles had been located.
