Description

Growing up Adam always had an unhealthy relationship with food and a poor self image.  By the age of 30, he was a drug addict, suffered from severe depression, and weighed over 300 pounds.

Then one day he woke up and decided he was ready to make change.  So he checked into rehab in August of 2012, where he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.

Shortly after that he made the decision that would change the course of his life, switching to a plant based diet.  Within 6 months, he reversed his Type 2 Diabetes and lost over 100 pounds in the first year.

Now he's happy, and helping others as a holistic lifestyle coach, teaching nutrition as a tool for recover and relapse prevention to recovering addicts.
