Our guest this week is Jonas Murby, who joins us to discuss the aviation mechanic shortage. He is a Principal at AeroDynamic Advisory. a specialty consulting firm focused on the global aerospace and aviation industries. He has 17 years of experience, including more than 50 consulting engagements for leading aviation and aerospace companies across the globe. Previously, Jonas founded Merxcell, a boutique consultancy focusing on industrial marketing in the aerospace sector. Earlier, Jonas was a Principal with ICF (formerly AeroStrategy) in the United States, where he assisted a global set of MROs, OEMs, and investors with market analysis, market strategy, transaction support, and customer satisfaction.
