In the first episode of One Soul, my dear friend and soul sister Sanah Richards spoke to me about her recent volunteering placement with ICS in Tanzania. Sanah spent three months working directly with communities on women's empowerment and sustainable development projects. We chat about her experience, what she learned while she was there and how her perspective has shifted since returning home.
