Sarah is beyond lucky to have found her calling—uniting her passions for hospitality, design, and real estate.

Every aspect of her work gives her purpose, energy, and an outlet for her Type-A drive. Fussing over perfectly folded towels and surprising her guests. Supporting property owners as they buy, sell, and care for their properties. Working with the best team around. She is there for all of it and so very grateful.

Five years ago, she hung up her character shoes and closed an epic chapter as a professional, globetrotting Broadway performer. She knew her next chapter would involve beautiful houses, but she could not have foreseen where this adventure would bring her. The stirring it would create in her to leave this world better than she found it, one check-in at a time.

Now, with her husband Nick and their team they manage boutique short-term rentals, flip houses, dive into their own investment properties, and run a home enthusiast blog over at Nestrs.com.

She also nerds out about all things short-term rentals on a podcast she co-hosts with Annette Grant called Thanks for Visiting. Thanks for Visiting recently hit 1 million downloads and is listened to all over the world. 

She has worked with brands like Airbnb, Lowe's, Delta Faucets, Zep Cleaning, Homes.com, The Washington Post, and even was on 8 episodes of the HGTV show Beach Flip.

Along with all things short-term rentals, she is borderline obsessed with iced coffee, warm weather, and playing with her two rescue pups, Flip and Ren-o!
