You are going to fall in love with Saz after hearing her story. AKA Sacked the Sauce on Instagram!
Saz quit drinking alcohol as a gift to herself on her 30th birthday. She’s an Irish gal living in Toronto for the last 5 years.

Her destructive drinking replaced a complicated relationship with food in her teenage years and she spent her 20s struggling with moderation, self-sabotaging & losing her identity.

With a passion for human rights & criminal Justice, Saz has worked in youth prisons, shelters & currently as an advocate supporting vulnerable children in Court.

In her spare time, she’s an avid runner & completed her first marathon in October 2023.

She also solo travels & has just returned from a 2-month trip around South & Central America.

In the last year, Saz noticed a need in the community & has begun hosting alcohol-free meetups & events, which are both accessible & affordable.

I hope you enjoy Saz's story.
