The Guides and Beings of Light are present for us this week to share a sweet, fun practice that involves clearing away all that is ready to be released with effervescent bubbles! Light-filled energies that arise from below move through our energy field and attach to all that is of a lower energy, that which is holding us in a range of frequencies that we are ready to move is easily released.
