Seahawks make two deals on 2nd day of free agency
The first day of free agency was a quiet one for the Seahawks as fans watched some of the biggest names on the offensive line go to the Chiefs, Chargers and Ravens. On Tuesday, Shaquill Griffin announced that he was heading for Jacksonville and Seattle responded by agreeing to a deal with former 49ers cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon. Nathan, Eric and Kevin from the Seahawks Nest podcast join the show to say that Seattle may not be done at corner. We also discuss the two-year deal for Poona Ford who was expected to be tagged as a restricted free agent this offseason. Though three of the biggest offensive line targets came off the board on Monday, the Raiders made a significant cut on their offensive line that provides Seattle with another new target. Plus, we talk about how the signing of Andy Dalton may have ended one of the biggest narratives in the national media over the past month.
