I will be speaking about the Future and still finding and staying in your purpose no matter what is happening around us! You may already know exactly why you’re on this earth. Or you may feel like you’re wandering aimlessly. As a leadership coach, I work with people on both sides of the fence. There are people who have a deep sense of their life’s calling, and I get to help them navigate how that plays out. And then there are those who admittedly have no idea. They’re trying to find their place in the world; all they know is they desperately want to lead a life of significance. The brick wall they’re up against is their assumption that purpose and significance equal something epic, dramatic, monumental, or lavish. Such pressure! And to that I say: it’s simpler than you think.
