Happening Today, Admiral Mitch Bradley will be testifying on Capitol Hill to provide testimony on the air strike attacks on boats in the Caribbean. A report indicated that a second attack on a boat was called that had survivors clinging on to the boat. This would violate international law. The Trump Administration says they support the second strike and has admitted to the strike saying ‘this is war.’ ABC News White House Correspondent Karen Travers joins the show to give the latest.
