The recently deceased Chip Clearly and Bonita von Wangencamp adjust to their afterlife – as proprietors of “The Bootique” in the town of Curdle Holler. Chip and Bonita need more fright power to reimburse their customers, or Sheriff Bones Malone will throw them in monster jail. While seeking help, they’ll meet kooky Holler residents like: Rotchester, the skulking store manager; Pumpkin, an anthropomorphic pumpkin, Minerva, a skilled inventor with “brains”; the urbane and mysterious Old Coot; and the surly skeleton sheriff.

As the sheriff’s deadline draws near, our newest Curdle Holler residents will also learn about an upcoming election (between Caretaker Belfry Batsinger and challenger Albert Ghost), and begin to ponder their true purpose in this strange new town.
