Description

The Therapy for Black Girls Podcast is a weekly conversation with Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a Licensed Psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia, about all things mental health, personal development, and all the small decisions we can make to become the best possible version of ourselves.

In today's episode we're digging into what motivates people to ghost and how to take care of yourself if you've been ghosted.

My experiences w/ being ghosted. Give self a time limit. & Always continue your self care & self love routine b/c it's not about you; you may not be compatible or the other person isn't able to express their boundaries for whatever reason. But men & women both do this. It is polite etiquette, but it is prevalent. Definitely, talk it out it need be. Also continue functions w/ self & your community.
