I didn’t expect this to work.

During my depression, The Dark Night of the Soul, I am out exercising.

I am exhausted. Just for fun, I lift my head and ask for more stamina—out loud. No ritual, no belief, just curiosity.

And suddenly… I can breathe easier. My energy is back. I keep going.

That moment changed everything for me.

Since then, I’ve been testing this simple method:

1: Lift your head.

2: Speak your intention.

3: Ask for help.

And then forget it - and trust that the best solution will appear.

It’s the difference between swimming upstream in panic vs. floating downstream with confidence, knowing the river’s taking you exactly where you’re supposed to go.

And let me tell you; weird, incredible things will be happening.

Your life gets so much easier this way - and so much more fun. More like an adventure.
