Share with them the 4 Philosophy's of this business (4 corner pieces) then share with them the 4 basics of building (4 sides to the puzzle). Now with all the rest of the pieces, show them how to sort the pieces into green grass, blue sky, etc... while referring to the IMAGE on the box that your building towards as a partnership.
