I know you read the title and were like girl WTF?! But I promise there's a reason! Today's episode is to help remind you of the life that exists outside of that romantic relationship you're so obsessed with.
I speak to you, but more so to my younger self who accepted far more than she should have for the sake of love. Lately, I've been learning that I often got lost in those relationships, not knowing who I was or my worth.
Today, I'm learning and teaching techniques for creating and upholding standards, so we're able to easily communicate what we will or will not tolerate in connections. We also discussed tips for nurturing the relationships that we already have, while awaiting this dream love that we desire so much.
Similar to the '5 OF CUPS' card in tarot, we created a habit of focusing on what we lack instead of all that's currently accessible to us. In this episode, you'll learn a variety of tools to help change that dynamic within yourselves, so that the dynamic with others changes as well.
