It's almost Valentine's day... Chances are you're still single and you envy your friends or relatives who are already in an intimate relationship. You spend a lot of time and energy in searching for the person who will fill the gaps and voids in your life because deep inside, you are incomplete and insecure.

Well, that is a pretty messed up mindset my friend...

But personally, I was also a victim of that kind of thinking. I spent a lot of time and energy chasing for girls without me even realizing that I am not 100% secured with myself. That is why in this week's episode we are going to chitchat and discuss about my experiences, learnings, and what I can advise to my fellow single people out there.
