Description

In our weekend podcast this time - Glenn discusses the many losses of Donald Trump in court.

In his court cases in recent weeks, Donald Trump has distinguished himself as . . . The Biggest Loser. He's on a world-class losing streak in both his civil and criminal cases, as Glenn discusses in this episode.

As but one example, New York Judge Arthur Engoron just delivered a fatal blow to the business interests of Donald Trump, his adult children, and others in the Trump Organization, by cancelling their business certificates and ordering the dissolution of Trump's LLCs, spelling the end of Trump as a New York businessman.

ON another topic, Trump recently threatened a witness who will testify in his upcoming federal trials, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley. Glenn talks about the law that applies to someone who is on release in a federal case who violates the conditions of his release, and how the law provides that someone who has done what Trump has done is to be revoked on pretrial release and detained pending trial.
