Allison sits down with Courtney LaPlante, the frontwoman of the two-time Grammy-nominated progressive metal band, Spiritbox. With her ethereal and commanding vocal prowess, she is paving a path all her own pushing the boundaries of the metal genre incorporating her diverse influences, unique talent, and authenticity. Since their formation in 2017, the band has been on a meteoric rise and they are gearing up to release their sophomore album “Tsunami Sea.” They talk all about the upcoming album and tour, Grammy goals, why working with her husband, Mike, is her secret weapon, and what it’s like opening for bands like Bring Me The Horizon and their upcoming Wembley Stadium show with Linkin Park.
