Steelers' Jones on IR, Peat to Start at LT
Update: 2025-11-29
Description
Broderick Jones, the Pittsburgh Steelers starting left tackle, has been placed on injured reserve due to a neck injury, sidelining him for at least four games. Jones was injured during Sundays game against the Chicago Bears and was later diagnosed with a stinger, a painful nerve injury that could indicate more serious issues. In his absence, Andrus Peat will make his first start at left tackle for the Steelers, bringing experience from his time with the New Orleans Saints.
