The Steelers passing game, despite having multiple players with touchdown catches and over 100 yards receiving, ranks low in total pass attempts and passing yards. Jonnu Smith, with the third-most targets and receptions, ranks low in receiving yards and touchdowns, averaging only 6.3 yards per attempt. His yards after the catch and average depth of target are also career lows. Coach Arthur Smith acknowledges the teams distribution challenge but doesnt directly address Smiths lack of production. Smiths current inefficiency is puzzling, given his Pro Bowl season last year.
