I share with you specific examples in my own life where the idea of "should" causes me to become stuck or live out of alignment.
I also give you an opportunity to reflect on YOUR OWN mind and identify where "should" is haunting you, and causing you to live a dissonant life.
I walk you through a reflection activity to help DIVE DEEP and uncover negative thoughts around shame/guilt/anger/fear related to "should" and help you reframe your mindset to encourage living an authentic life, where you are loyal to YOU.
