What’s up everyone ?? Olivia and I here on the pod for another exciting episode. We get a little personal this time around bringing in some stories back when we both worked at the hospital to explain what we hated about nurse management. We also get into what happens when politics gets brought up at work and talk about how acuity needs to be looked at instead of just the number of patients that you have.
