For this episode of Sustainably LB, I got to hold space with Susan Marrufo, Founder of Samarasa Center Student, Retreat Facilitator, Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Now, it isn’t often that a guest and I will divide straight into the interview, but that is what happened with Susan and me. Our conversation was so organic that I didn’t want to stop the flow of it to welcome her to the podcast. It really almost felt so tho that welcome had woven itself into our conversation already as we had truly laid down the burdens of the day to be present with one another.
I view many of my conversations here on the podcast as medicine. But this one, probably because of the topic, feels deeply healing. I believe this is in part because of who Susan is and what she does through the Samarasa Center and her courses and retreats on Yoga, Sex and Death.
My hope is that you, my beautiful listener, are able to absorb these topics and meet yourself in the mirror. And because what we talk about is so nuanced in its way, I have broken our chat into two parts.
