In this episode, I'll be discussing how you can use basic project management techniques and tool in your day jobs, regardless of weather you're a PM or not! We'll be covering how to go about dealing with ad-hoc requests, and what questions we should be asking to ensure we fully understand what is being asked of us. 

Essentially, I break down the project management delivery into the following phases:
Why - Knowing why we've been asked to do something focuses effort on the right aspects of the task
What - Getting a clear understand of what the scope of the delivery is
How - Documenting how the end product will be delivered
Who - Understanding who is going to carry out the work
When - Brining everything together into a plan that takes dependencies and resource constraints into account.
