Our streak of Congressional candidates continues with Joe Carvin, running in the newly redrawn NY-17. He joins us to talk about the campaign, his opponent's refusal to speak out against HUD's lawsuits against the people of Westchester, and the movement he's hoping to lead all the way to Washington.
