Today’s guest is a legend you may not have ever heard of. She’s a singer, songwriter, and producer. She’s fearless, relentless, and has been consistently active in the Reggae recording and performing worlds since the 1990s. Today, Backstage, we meet Marie Gittens aka TWIGGI.

From her early days singing backup for popular male vocalists to her 23-year experience as part of Toots & the Maytals, Twiggi shares her journey to becoming a successful solo artist. By going with the flow, Twiggi has enjoyed working with the best producers & collaborating with Reggae greats, including recording with superstar, Sting.
