In his 30 years of experience as a therapist, a counselor, and a spiritual renewal mentor, it dawned on Elliott the necessity and the power of spiritual thinking and how it impacts our lives. 

Far too often, our thoughts can be fixated on worries, anxieties, and condemnation to ourselves or others.

These thoughts can destroy relationships, destroy lives, and block our influence and our inspiration to our community.
