Shaun Foist is the lead drummer in the hit band “Breaking Benjamin.” Foist has worked with some of the biggest bands in the industry and has been with his current band, Breaking Benjamin for the last decade. He has openly talked about his journey with thyroid disease, the ups and downs, finding the right doctor, medication, etc. He now inspires men out there to “Check your Necks!” Being his own advocate, this interview is not only inspiring, but a fun one to listen to!
