Description
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged over the brazen theft of an Uber Eats scooter in Penrith. Footage shows four attackers swarming a delivery driver at a traffic intersection, knocking him off his scooter and stealing both his bike and phone. Police caught the teenager an hour later in nearby Cranebrook after he crashed the stolen moped, and he was found with the rider's phone and a knife.
