Hey people!




As of this posting of this video I am 2 months cigarette free and 1 week totally Vegan. I FEEL REALLY GREAT! 




I talk about how good i feel not eating any dairy this whole week. Being a vegetarian for the past year and a half has been great, but now I can really feel a difference in my health and it's great. 




I talk about how being more calm and peaceful is allowing me to identify the things that I do that can trigger the things that triggered my anxiety in the past. Simple things that we let go unnoticed on a daily basis. It all goes back to being mindful. Mindfulness is one of THE MOST IMPORTANT TOOLS you can have in your arsenal against anxiety. Infact, I would say that it helps you NOT be "against" anxiety, but be more one with yourself which inturn makes you more one with the anxiety. Befriending it in a way.

Here is a video on Dr. Sebi I think you will enjoy. Do your own research, there is a ton of video out there that he posted. He dies back in 2016 and there is a lot of controversy around his death, and his life, etc. I think this guy was legit. You find out for yourself.
