It's only been a few days since we "PHIL-LED" the Park with the Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus - and a full roster of talented artists and musicians. Parker’s Kitchen presents “Phil the Park” in partnership with the city of Savannah, and WJCL 22.
