I haven't even unpacked with my friends yet Soulies - you get first-insights into the past 5 days on tour as part of Wanderlust's East Forest show - facilitating the opening cacao ceremonies in both Melbourne and Sydney (while on my bleed because I don't do things in halves!)
I share the beautiful email that made me cry (literally live tears on the show, classic Holz), as well as the highlights for me and how I'll be taking extra care of myself over the next week as part of my standard nervous system practices.
