She earned a Master of Counseling degree and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. Her coaching and consultation practice is grounded in the research backed Steiner Self-Reflection Sustainability Wellness (SSRSW) Model, and has been a researcher in wellness and burnout for almost 20 years.
