The talks will be closely monitored by other countries to see what sort of trade deal can be struck. Plus, Chinese President Xi Jinping is in Cambodia for the last leg of what's being called a "charm-offensive" tour. And, cargo ships are clogging ports as tariff concerns impact the bookings of freight vessels.
