Love it. before I graduate highschool I would like to at least get my time to below 4:40 in track. I am in freshman year and hit 5:29 for the mile. I love distance running and I would love it if you could do a podcast episode on it. to talk about Joshua Cheptigie (5k road and track record holder) and Kipchoge (Sub 2 hour marathon record holder).
