Brian Boeding was an Air Force officer and A-10 pilot who has flown in several combat operations, including the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003. He has been leading the effort to save Close Air Support and the A-10 from divestment by the Air Force. He has written several articles on the topic - some of which can be found at Troops-In-Contact.org.
