The best sleep hack I found was also the simplest. It didn't involve supplements or pharmaceutical solutions, devices, or, well, anything that cost money.
It was a mental hack that I still use to this day.
Although it's fairly simple to implement, it takes some explaining, and in my case, it was very powerful.
