Description

I recorded this on Father's Day of 2025.

In reflecting on what I have learned to over the last 6 years of becoming a Father, I've found 5 very crucial things that have enlightened my journey as a dad to 3 beautiful children:

1. I must SHOW my children how to live, not tell them.

2. Quality time > Quantity time spent.

3. Apologize when you’re wrong. Lead by example.

4. It’s my job to adjust how I communicate—understanding is my responsibility, not theirs.

5. Confident kids are built through experience—give them real tasks, let them fail, and find their process.

Throughout this episode I share in further detail what each of these points mean to me, and I hope they inspire your journey as a parent or parent-adjacent figure to the people you love in this life.

Enjoy!
